Slice a pizza, and you will have fractions

1/21/43/8
(One-Half)
(One-Quarter)
(Three-Eighths)
The top number tells how many slices you have
The bottom number tells how many slices the pizza wascut into.

Some fractions may look different, but are really the same, for example:
4/8=2/4=1/2
(Four-Eighths)Two-Quarters)(One-Half)
It is usually best to show an answer using the simplest fraction ( 1/2 in this case ). That is calledSimplifying, or Reducing the Fraction
Q1}
3/8+1/4=?

Fraction

Fraction is very easy.
I give you an example:
this is a half:
this is a full:

this is a Quarter:

mode,median,mean and range

The mode:

ex: 5  6  3  4  5  4  3  4  1= 4 in here is the  number which is the most repeated .

find the mode for each set of data.

Q1} 8  5  7  3  6  5  4  7=

Q2}7  4  6  5  7   5  4  7=

The median:

ex: 4  7  8  3  6  8  4 = 3 you should firstly put them in order from smallest to biggest  and then cancel them from both side of the line.

Q1}14  12  17  15  11  11  16

Q2}19  23  18  21  17  17  19

The mean:

ex: 14  4  5  12  7  4= 7.66   first of all add all the numbers and then divied them by the number of digits.

Find the mean numbers?

Q1}4  5  7  10  7  12  10  15  17=

Q2}59.2  91.0  74.8  32.6  =

TEST:

find the mean,median and mode?

Q:  0.54   0.52  0.62  0.49  0.61  0.56  0.51  0.64  0.54  0.67=
